What Does Barbados Offer To Enchant One And All?

Located in the Atlantic, the exotic island of Barbados is a nature-enriched place in the Eastern side of the Caribbean and every photographer’s dream locale. The island is an independent nation and a place that has lots in store for every visitor, by way of fantastic attractions, bright nightlife, finger-licking cuisine, and not the least warmth of Barbadians that makes the tour to this flat coral island more complete.

Barbados has Bridgetown as its capital city and the natural coral reefs across the island make the island naturally very attractive. If you want to witness the huge Atlantic waves, go to the eastern side of Barbados, but swimming is warned against here west and south coasts are good for diving, swimming and sunbathing activities. The shimmering water of Atlantic in this island is house for coral reefs. The South Point Light House offers breathtaking view of the seafront. The Barbados Museum and the Sir Frank Huston Sugar Museum are worth visiting along with a trip to the Sam Lords Castle. The Statue of Sir Garfield Sobers here will tell the love of the Barbados population for cricket and their hero.

If you are craving to get sun tanned fast, choose from the several of the beaches here, greater than 30, including the Bathsheba, the Accra, the Browne and the Miami Beach. North point charms aplenty lying on the seafront. Mount Hillaby is not a hill as it sounds but a small mound; however, offers wonderful and breathtaking view of the sea and surroundings.

The tropical forests close by are a must-visit attraction and one can see caves underground as well as pristine natural lakes inside the forests. To say least the water in these lakes is regarded as one of the purest in the world. A guided tour to these tropical forests is worth every cent.

Every square inch of air is filled with music in this part of the world and everyone coming down to Barbados will tap toes to this music. World famous composer John King hails from this part of the world.

Last, Barbados is a paradise for foodies and one can freak on seafood that is abundant here. The Atlantic seafront, the Caribbean music, mouth watering seafood, vibrant nightlife and warmth of people here will make you visit this island many times.
