We are an expedition kayaking guide service and outfitter for the remote and beautiful Lake Mead National Recreation area, which includes Lake Mead, Lake Mohave, Black Canyon and the Colorado River just below the mighty Hoover Dam. Our guides are CPR and Wilderness First Aid certified. We are professionally trained and have extensive knowledge of kayaking and hiking in the back country. As well, being outdoor enthusiast and being passionate for our environment, our kayaking las vegas is more than just taking people kayaking on the Colorado River. Safety is our number one concern. Before we take anyone out on Lake Mead or into the Black Canyon below the Hoover Dam we will brief you on the importance of safety on the water. In addition, we practice the Leave No Trace principles. We feel the most relevant and effective long-term solution to maintaining the beauty, health of, and access to natural lands is taking care of our environment. Evolution Expeditions strives to build key partnerships that support education programs, training and communities of volunteers, educators, land managers, organizations/corporations committed to teaching and instilling the values of Leave No Trace.

With that said, a little bit about our guides. We like to have fun. All of our guides come from different backgrounds. There are network technicians, care takers, activity directors, general contactors, students, teachers, strippers (just kidding) and the list goes on. Our common thread is the love for the outdoors and the desire to share our passion with people we meet. There are so many desert adventures in Nevada and we want to show you a different side of Las Vegas that they never knew existed. After going on one of our Las Vegas kayak tours you will walk away with a camera full of memories, stories you’ll tell your friends and a better appreciation for the environment. The best part of any trip is the journey. So, come with us to relax, cool off and enjoy the remarkable desert oasis that awaits you.
